Unlimited Unix Webspace is included on our shared server network. The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.

Our acceptable use policy ("AUP") is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.

Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses.

Illegality - In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, or trafficking in obscene material.

Undesirable Content - Certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work.

Bulk Email The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden.

Misuse Of Resources - Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP/ASP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

No Domain Name Renewal Fees

Two Domain names are included within this package, any other domain names will be charged at the standard rate.

CSS Conversion & Website Re-designs

We can upgrade your existing website or build a new website using the latest CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) industry standards. Give your website a new fresh and updated look, you can take advantage of this services once a year. So if you ever get bored of looking at the same website contact the Perfect Page team and will upgrade the look and feel of the website for you. If required this service allows you to have your website rebuilt once per annum. In the event that this facility is not used it will not be carried over to the following year. I.E it is strictly limited to one facelift per year.

No Website Update Charges

You contact us we add to or edit your website and it is as simple as that. Our design team can add stunning seasonal graphical content to your website. Where possible, we will begin carrying the out work on the same day of request. Requests should be made before mid-day in order to help with the speed of your amendments being actioned. Depending on the size/quantity and nature of amendments requested you will be notified as to the delivery time. Perfect Page run a fair usage policy on this facility, to enable all customers to get the maximum from our service.

No Price increase for 4 years

The price you pay is guaranteed not to increase between the period of 1st January 2008 and 1st January 2012, after this period the price will be evaluated on an annual basis.

How do I sign up?

How do I cancel?

This initial contract term is 12 months after this period, 1calendar months notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation maybe arranged before the end of this period by either party if a serious breach of contract is deemed to have taken place. Serious breaches can be but are not limited to: Non-provision of agreed service, customer deemed not to be adhering to our fair usage policy, offensive or unreasonable behavior and non-payment.

Flash Animation?

Simple Flash animation is included within this maintenance agreement. However more advanced flash work and action scripting will be quoted for accordingly.

What if I don't have a website yet?

Perfect Page will quote on your initial website development this will be provided at a reduced cost if you are signing up to this package.

I already have a website when can I start using the service?

Once you have signed up below you will be sent out two copies of our SLA (Service Level Agreement). One will need to be signed and returned in the pre-paid envelope provided. Once we have received a signed copy you can start taking advatage of all these services.

When & How do I pay?

Payment is taken by way of standing order. Once you have signed up below a standing order mandate will be posted to you. This will need to be completed and returned to us, the first payment is normally arranged for the end of the month of which you signed up. Payment is then taken each month on the same day thereafter. The cost is £89 + VAT per month and this price is guaranteed not to increase for a minimum of 4 years from the date mentioned on this page.
